Magnolia Portside – Whole 4BR Home on Thames St Free Parking

This beautiful place is in a great location and was ideal for us to spend the weekend. We were the 70 year old parents with 3 adult children and spouses attending a wedding. Lower rental housed us and served as gathering area for breakfast etc. Upper rental had 3 bedrooms for our kids. Both had kitchens and living room areas. Bedside phone and watch chargers, laundry supplies, plush towels, beach chairs with towels, and decks with chairs on every level were a pleasant surprise. Location was walking distance to all of our wedding events and post events. Food and drink short walks away. Very clean and modern inside. Extremely satisfied with the rentals. Would recommend without any reservations.

Perfect location . We were able to walk to shops , restaurants and bars . Property was very well maintained and host was very responsive. We would stay again !

Comfortable, beautiful great local to explore Newport Positive: The property was right off of Thames Street. Very convenient to walk around town and rarely have to use your car. The house had beautiful outdoor private seating areas. It was very clean, bright, cheery, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. Negative: I can’t say anything negative about the property. Upon arrival we found out it had two separate units. Meaning, separate entry, separate kitchen, living room etc. Which wasn’t a big deal really. Initially 6 of us stayed in one of the units. After 1 day and night of sharing the bathroom, one couple moved to the other unit. I only mention it because if young kids were involved it wouldn’t be the best set up.

Wonderful home away from home. Wish we could have stayed longer! Positive: Beautifully furnished, thoughtfully -equipped with everything you need, great location, responsive and hospitable host.

It was wonderful, and we will be back when we can stay for a longer visit! Positive: Location was great, parking was more than adequate. The patios were great too! Negative: There wasn’t off street parking, but it was made up for by close parking spots.
